Rupali is a research scholar at the National Museum Institute’s History of Art department. She graduated from the Jawahar Lal Nehru University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Russian Literature and Language in 1997. She has a successful career in the corporate field spanning almost 10 years, having worked in companies like GE Capital, Vertex and EXL. She then enrolled for the History of Art Master’s course at the National Museum Institute to pursue her true passion, art. After finishing her master’s degree in 2010, she was selected as a PHD scholar at the National Museum Institute and is currently working on her thesis, which is based on the Mural Paintings of the Kota Palace. She has two published articles in the ICON Journal and the Lalit Kala Akademi Journal respectively.
