New Delhi, May 2, 2019: Pearl Academy, India’s leading institution in design, fashion and media, has partnered with Events & Experiential Marketing Association of India (EEMA) to launch its 11 months PG Diploma course in Events & Experiential Marketing that will be imparted in Delhi & Jaipur campuses. The enrollment for the course will begin from the academic session in August 2019.
Seeing the exponential growth of the industry in the last decade (22% growth in organized events sector in 2018 itself according to FICCI Frames report), the objective of the collaboration is to provide students with an opportunity to explore event & experiential marketing as a professional career choice for their future and get the best guidance from industry experts. The industry perspective will also help understand global trends and the functioning of multiple sectors and brands associated with EEMA.
EEMA is an autonomous and non-profit registered body of companies, institutions and professionals operating within the Events and Experiential Marketing industry of India. It is the first and the only body of its kind, which seeks to bring together the country’s leading Event Management, Sports Management and Brand Activation companies, MICE and Wedding Planners, Experiential Marketers, Entertainment Professionals, Artist Management Companies and International counterparts on the same platform.

As part of the agreement, Pearl Academy students will get an opportunity to participate in live events and gain hands-on experience of various events. Guest lectures and masterclasses will be held to mentor Pearl’s students for organizing any industry level events. EEMA will also assist in providing placement opportunities /Internships for Pearl Academy students.
