Kunal Sinha is a graduate of Santiniketan, Visva Bharati University and a recipient of Cultural scholarship, Ministry of Education Government of India in the field of Graphic Printmaking during 1977-79. He was awarded the French Government scholarship in the field of Printmaking. He has worked with S.W.Hayter Atelier 17 Paris in 1984-85, at Ecole Nationale Superieure Des Beaux–Art, Paris and Royal College of Art London as a scholar. He completed PGCHE in 2009 and has 29 years of teaching experience, during which he has been associated Delhi College of Art, Apeejay Institute of Design (Delhi), Sharda University (Greater Noida) and Pearl Academy (New Delhi). In the 30 years of his career, he has participated in various national and international exhibitions. His works are found in the collection of National Gallery of Modern Art (New Delhi), Lalit Kala Academy (New Delhi), A.I.F.A.C.S (New Delhi), Birla Academy (Kolkata), Sahitya Kala Parishad (New Delhi), Chandigarh Museum and Art Ggallery (Chandigarh) and Garhi artist studio, New Delhi. Since 2005, he has been associated with Pearl Academy, Delhi as Associate Professor and Course Coordinator.
