Pearlites visited Sri Lanka on a 5-day tour. They visited Hirdaramani plant to understand the nuances of ‘Production planning control and systems’. The primary aim of the visit is to make students aware about the challenges they may face while setting up a factory with effective systems.

Also, a stopover at ‘MIHILIA’, Hirdaramani group’s first eco-friendly factory was among the highlight of the tour. The students get a chance to know about the development of high quality intimate and essential wear. They also learned the culture of sustainability, reiterating the youngs for being responsible and successful.
