To fulfill the aim of the project, an in depth was undertaken and Kanupriya explored merchandising possibilities in hand held devices, its channels and its properties and thereby framed the following objectives to proceed with, in order to increase visits and conversion for Snapdeal’s App. The project aimed on two things basically:-
- To improvise the navigation process (no. of clicks to reach the desired product), for a better customer experience.
- To enhance the browsing experience, communication of offers and promotional campaigns for the customers.
