As a brand consultant in the digital space with both traditional and new media marketing experience, Shubho helps some of India's most visible brands approach 'digital' from a marketing point of view. They include brands like Times of India, Nokia, Lava, Tata Tea (Jaago Re); non-profits like Breakthrough, etc.

His 'traditional' past - starting 1995 - includes agencies like Ogilvy, Leo Burnett and JWT; his digital journey started with the leading digital agency Interactive Avenues (National Creative Head, 2007), then Rediffusion Y&R (Digital Head), and finally the 'client' side, where he led the digital marketing efforts for Coca-Cola India. 


At present, Shubho is the co-founder of a healthcare startup called Pinkshastra, an online traditional wellness platform; and is also involved with other online B2C and B2B startups. He is also an advisor to the only Internet body in India, the Internet and Mobile Association of India.

When time permits, he conducts digital/social media workshops for brands across India and the region.
Shubho is also a frequent speaker at seminars (Internet and Mobile Association of India, Commonwealth Digital, etc.) and occasionally lectures at management and technical institutes (IIT, ISB, MDI-Gurgaon, FORE, etc.)

Shubho is also a marathoner, long-distance cyclist, and occasional columnist.
