We offer two scholarships: a merit-based scholarship open to all, and one for students with a family income below ₹8 LPA.

Eligibility
Pearl Academy applicants for Academic Year 2025 are eligible for the scholarship. Applicants are not required to apply for the scholarship separately.
Selection Criteria
Eligibility Criteria & Assessment:
a. All applicants of Pearl Academy in all Bachelor's and Master's programs for the Academic Year 2025 are eligible for the Scholarship. Applicants are not required to apply for the Scholarship separately.
b. Applicants will be offered the Scholarship based on their performance in the Pearl Entrance Exam, which includes a Written Exam(GPT & DAT) and a Personal Interview.
c. Applicants for Fashion and Design programs are also required to showcase their portfolio, which serves as a platform for evaluating their technical and conceptual proficiency. Portfolio showcase is not required for applicants of Business program.
The Scholarship for New Entrance of AY 2025 will begin in January examination Cycle 2025 and end as soon as allotted seats for scholarships are filled.
Note: This scholarship is provided by Pearl Academy to students studying at Pearl Academy only. We do not provide scholarships to enable students to study at other institutions.
Selection Process:
The scholarship is awarded based on merit, considering the performance of applicants in the Pearl Entrance Exam, which includes a Written Exam, Personal Interview, and Portfolio Showcase. We encourage students to build their portfolio for the scholarship application.
Sherryl Kintu Scholarship
The Sherryl Kintu Scholarship was established to honor the legacy of Sherryl Kintu. The general considerations are:
- Open to all applicants for all Fashion, Design, Business and Media programs at Pearl Academy.
- Scholarship Amount covers 100% of the fee for the chosen study program excluding Registration Fee, Alumni Fee and Security Fee.
Eligibility
- Valid for Indian citizens only.
- Candidate should have offer letter from CAES (Pearl Academy) for AY 2025.
- Has completed Class 12th for Bachelor’s programs or an undergraduate degree for Master’s programs by July 2025. However, the Scholarship shall be open to all Applicant for all Fashion, Design, Business and Media programs at CAES subject to the condition met.
- Family income should be less than 8.0 LPA
- Minimum marks in the 12th for UG and in the graduation for PG student should be either equal to or above 60% or 6.0 CGPA.
Application Process
Applicants are required to submit the below documents
- Personal statement (maximum 300 words) outlining how the programme enrolled in will contribute to long-term career goals, demonstrating passion, drive, creativity, ambition, and financial need.
- Documents required for exhibiting the need for funding include Proof of financial need (income certificates, tax returns, etc.) indicating the total family income to be less than 8 LPA.
- Academic transcripts and certificates indicate that the CGPA of the preceding years is either equal to or above 6.0.
- Signed declaration document in attached format.
- Copy of the offer letter

Scholarship Coverage
Scholarship Amount covers 100% of the entire fee structure* for the chosen study program excluding Registration Fee, Alumni Fee and Security Fee. All personal expenses shall be borne by student including their accommodation, transport etc.
*Scholarship renewal terms
Since the Scholarship is only for one year, renewal in subsequent semester/ year will be based on:
a) No disciplinary case registered or reported;
b) Submission of renewed Income certificate before the start of each academic year.
c) Submission of renewed proof of financial need (income certificates, tax returns, etc.) indicating the total family income to be less than 8 LPA.
d) Maintain 75% attendance in entire semester in all subjects and cumulative.
e) Obtaining pass grades in all CIA and End semester examinations and maintaining CGPA either equal to or above 6.0.
Scholarship Policy
To reward talented applicants, Creative Arts Education Society (CAES) (operates through its constituent academic facilities of Pearl Academy) announces the Merit Scholarship while inviting applications for its Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.
The terms and conditions outlined herein (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of this Merit Scholarship Program at Creative Arts Education Society.
By participating in the scholarship program, the applicant (hereinafter referred to as the "User") agrees to the following:
1. Scholarship Criteria
Eligibility Criteria and Assessment
To qualify for the Merit Scholarship, applicants must:
- Have completed Class 12th for Bachelor’s programs or an undergraduate degree for Master’s programs by July 2025.
- Scholarships will be awarded based on performance in the Creative Arts Education Society Entrance Exam, which includes a Written Exam and a Personal Interview.
- All applicants for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs for Academic Year 2025 are eligible for the Merit Scholarship. Applicants are not required to apply for the Merit Scholarship separately.
- The Merit Scholarship will be granted solely on the basis of the Creative Arts Education
Society’s Entrance Exam results and not for any other exam. - Creative Arts Education Society reserves the right to determine merit rankings at its sole discretion.
- The waiver of fees under the Merit Scholarship will apply only to the first year’s semester component fees.
- Be a resident of India.
This scholarship will be awarded only to applicants who meet the below-defined Scholarship Criteria for the first year.
Scholarships for AY 2025 entrants will begin with the January 2025 examination cycle and will end once the allocated seats for the Merit Scholarships are filled. This scholarship is exclusively for applicants studying at Creative Arts Education Society and cannot be transferred to any other institution.
2. Scholarship Benefits
The Merit Scholarship will cover up to 25% of the semester component fees for the first year only, based on the applicant’s performance in the qualifying examinations.
3. Scholarship Coverage
Scholarships will be granted as a reduction in semester component fees, covering tuition, academic services, infrastructure, and technology fees, at Creative Arts Education Society’s discretion.
4. Disqualification Criteria
Applicants who:
- Have not qualified for or attended the Creative Arts Education Society’s Entrance Exam.
- Misrepresent their eligibility or provide false information at any stage.
Such applicants will be immediately disqualified from the Merit Scholarship Program.
5. Responsibilities of Applicants
It is the responsibility of the applicants to verify their eligibility before submitting their entries.
If an applicant is found to be ineligible at any stage, their submission will be disqualified.
6. Final Decision
The decision of the Examination Office regarding shortlisted applicants will be final and cannot be challenged.
7. Scholarship Restrictions
Awarded scholarships:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
- Cannot be transferred to another course, campus, or academic year.
- Will be directly adjusted against the student's fees.
8. Communication of Results
The results will be communicated to all eligible applicants via email and will also be available on the website.
9. Creative Arts Education Society’s Discretion
Creative Arts Education Society reserves the right to withdraw or amend any listed scholarship without prior notification and at any point in time at its sole discretion.
10. Withdrawal of Scholarship
If a scholarship recipient declines admission to the offered course, their scholarship will become void. In cases of withdrawal, the scholarship will be revoked, and refunds will be processed per the standard fee structure.
11. One Scholarship Per Student
A student is eligible for only one type or scheme of scholarship in a given academic year.

The Sherryl Kintu Scholarship Program (“Scholarship”) was set up to honour the legacy and in recognition of, the passions and interests of Sherryl Kintu, who was a dedicated employee of Global University Systems (GUS) for 9 years where she rose from Executive Assistant to a Director level position. Sherryl sadly passed away in April 2021. Creative Arts Education Society (CAES) is academic partner of GUS, who are extending the support of this scholarship in recognition of Sherryl’s contribution through its academic partners.
To reward eligible applicant, CAES (operates through its constituent academic facilities of Pearl Academy) announces the Scholarship as stated above. The terms and conditions outlined herein (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of this Scholarship at CAES.

A. Initial screening and review of the applications by a Sherryl Kintu Board Committee (“Committee”)
B. The selection process includes:
- Evaluation of financial need and academic credentials.
- Personal interviews (if required) to assess the candidate’s eligibility and aspirations.
- Evaluation and review of submitted supporting documents
C. The list of shortlisted eligible candidates deemed deserving of the Scholarship will be forwarded to the Committee for final review and processing.
4. Scholarship Coverage
Scholarship Amount covers 100% of the entire fee structure for the chosen study program excluding Registration Fee, Alumni Fee and Security Fee. All personal expenses shall be borne by student including their accommodation, transport etc.
5. Disqualification Criteria
Applicant who:
a. Has not able to provide all supporting documents as stated above in the Eligibility Criteria. Incomplete award applications will not be considered.
b. Misrepresent their eligibility or provide false information at any stage.
Such Applicant will be immediately disqualified from the Scholarship.
