Peace lily is a brand that tries to address sleep-related issues by giving products that people can use on a daily basis. Scent candles, oils, mists & sprays, reed diffusers, night creams, and additional products are available. The products promote slow wave sleep, serenity, muscle relaxation, and heart rate reduction. Some of the most significant aromas used by us includes rose, geranium, amber, lavender, jasmine, and sandalwood.

The Social Expedition: A safe place to Learn and tackle social anxiety
The Social Expediton is a virtual reality game created with an approach to help individuals with social anxiety to learn coping mechanism and practice social situations in a safe and controlled environment. The game allows the users to kick back and unwind in the relaxation pod , practice presentations with an option to invite others and practice with them, users can also interact with their avatars in the mirror and even take selfie with pals. Users undergo CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) training activity that involves Exposure and Response prevention technique with the aid of a Cognitive behavioral model to comprehend situations and stop unintended reactions.
