India's leading institute in Design, Fashion, Business, Filming, Gaming, and Interior Design is proud to announce that the students at Pearl Academy campuses to get UG/PG Degrees effective 2024 intake as enabled by CAES - Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) by the Act of Parliament No. 35/2012 under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. The RGNIYD was set up in 1993 under the Societies Registration Act, XXVII of 1975.
The RGNIYD is an Institution of National Importance established by the Government of India in 1993. It is a premier institution for youth development, research, and training. The RGNIYD offers a wide range of academic programs, including undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in various disciplines related to youth development.
Through this landmark opportunity, Pearl Academy students will also benefit from the RGNIYD's strong focus on research and innovation. We can now anticipate a significant development for the creative industries in India, leading to a new generation of highly skilled and innovative professionals who can propel the sector forward.
Accreditation Timeline -Pearl Academy
Pearl Academy offers 3-year and 4-year Bachelor's programs. Students enrolled in these programs are eligible to receive a degree after their successful completion.
However, if students wish to pursue an Indian or international degree program, Pearl Academy facilitates admission into the same, details of which are as follows:
International Bachelor's Degree
On completion of the Advanced Diploma, Pearl Academy students have an option to pursue a Bachelor's degree program from some of the renowned international universities with which Pearl Academy has academic collaborations. These are Nottingham Trent University, University of Derby, Manchester Metropolitan University, University of Creative Arts and Torrens University Australia. Pearl Academy facilitates the enrolment of eligible students in the final year of the Bachelor's degree programs at these universities based on a recognition of and transfer of credits. Students graduate with a degree from the International University.
However, students should note that an international degree is presently not equivalent to an Indian degree as per Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and hence, they will not be able to pursue a master's degree in India unless they have completed the distance education degree facilitated by Pearl.
Students with international degrees are accepted by private and international organizations /MNCs for employment.
Students studying at Pearl Academy campuses will be offered Rajeev Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) degrees through Creative Arts Education Society (CAES), an implementation partner of RGNIYD. Pearl Academy is a unit of CAES.
International /Industry Exposure
All students pursuing Bachelor's and master's programs at Pearl Academy receive multiple opportunities to gain international industry exposure through international student exchange programs, master classes by global experts, familiarization trips to manufacturing units, export houses, fashion houses and access to international fashion weeks etc.

Accreditation Timeline - Pearl Academy
Pearl Academy offers 3-year and 4-year Undergraduate programs. Students enrolled in these programs are eligible to receive a certificate after the successful completion of each year.
However, if students wish to pursue an Indian or international degree program, Pearl Academy facilitates admission into the same, details of which are as follows:

Indian Undergraduate Degree
Pearl Academy facilitates the enrolment of an Indian undergraduate program so that its students have the option to earn a UGC recognized degree.
Delhi Campus - School of Open Learning, Delhi University.
Mumbai Campus -Institute of Distance and Open Learning, Mumbai. University.
Bangalore Campus - Directorate of Correspondence Courses, Bangalore University. Eligible students from 2022 batch and onwards can get a degree from Bengaluru City University.
Jaipur Campus - Eligible students from 2020 batch and onwards can enrol for BVoc/B.Des degree from Rajasthan ILD Skills University (RISU). Pearl Academy Jaipur Campus is an approved affiliated institute of RISU, a pioneering government skill university recognized by UGC.
Students pursuing Management Programs will be facilitated to enrol for BBA program from IGNOU.
If a student wants to pursue a degree program through ODL (Open and Distance Learning) from a recognized university other than the ones mentioned above, he/she is free to do so.

Pearl Academy functions as an autonomous institution and does not confer degrees/diplomas approved by UGC /AICTE or any other regulatory authority.
The students will be awarded a postgraduate diploma from Pearl Academy on successful completion. Since Pearl Academy is an autonomous institution, the postgraduate diploma is not accredited by -UGC /AICTE.

Disclaimer
Pearl Academy (“Academy”) reserves the right to cancel a course before or after its commencement of course by giving a notice, at any time due to any internal technical or administrative reasons or due to insufficient strength of the course. If Academy cancels a course, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee. Academy may also offer a transfer to another course as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference in course fees.
Academy will process any refund due as soon as possible and, in any case, within 45 days of notice of cancellation. The refund will be made using the same method of payment that you originally used to make your course booking unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.
Academy will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the course as outlined on Academy’s site and in any brochure or published material. However, Academy reserves the right to:
a. Alter the timetable, location or presenters specified for a course; and
b. Make reasonable amendments to the content and syllabus of a course, when necessary.
Academy reserves the right to cancel your course booking in Academy’s absolute discretion, and refund all fees paid by you, irrespective of whether the course itself is to proceed, without any further liability on our part.
Academy also reserves the right to exclude you from any course before or after its commencement of course, if in Academy’s absolute discretion Academy considers that you are impeding the provision of the course or other of Academy’s activities, or your presence is bringing or threatening to bring the Academy or any part of it or its subsidiaries into disrepute. In these circumstances, Academy will refund all fees paid by you but will have no further liability to you in respect of such termination or exclusion.
