Course - Overview
The Fashion Entrepreneurship specialisation is more focussed towards various nuances of starting an own enterprise, brand or organisation. The specialisation is well laid off with specially designed modules and contextualized to acknowledge all different aspects of entrepreneurship. Students will get an opportunity to create virtual business models and also work on various specially designed case studies to get hands on experience on various business start-ups and its functionality. By doing this specialisation, Students will understand their future business model and get an idea how to start and operate. The academy also has an Incubation cell wherein the students can incubate the start-up idea.
Carefully curated Masterclasses by experts from Walmart, W, self-made alumni entrepreneurs, business consultants are organized at frequent intervals to help students understand businesses better and to ignite an entrepreneurial spark in them. Students will also get an opportunity to select an elective of their choice during which they will be given more intense inputs in niche areas such as Digital Marketing, Supply Chain Management and Operations Management.
The course has around 12 modules in each year, especially designed for new age career oriented students that will impart knowledge which will lead them to their career aspirations. Every semester students will have a mandate to complete Business Communication and IT skills that will prepare them better for the industry and placements.
