Course - Overview

In the Fashion Business course, students in their second year will get an opportunity to choose between the following specialisations.

  • Marketing & Merchandising
  • Fashion Entrepreneurship

The Marketing and Merchandising specialisation trains students to augment their entrepreneurial, technical and behavioural skills in domains like product development, Range Planning, Marketing Communications, Sourcing and Buying. It covers the fashion value chain from sourcing of raw materials to retailing and marketing principles.

The students will be encouraged to critically analyse problems and deliver intelligent solutions for both fashion and lifestyle verticals. They will gain an insider's perspective of fashion design, terminologies, fabrics, communication channels, and learn their applications in the fashion business.
