Course - Overview
Available at Pearl Academy’s Delhi-South, Mumbai and Bengaluru campuses, this two-year postgraduate programme is an industry-oriented course that positions the students to acquire a broad view of the global fashion and lifestyle industry and offers a Professional Diploma upon its completion.
Over the years, the fashion business has been growing exponentially in India and hence, there is a need for fashion professionals. Pearl Academy is the first institution in India to cater to this need with the two-year postgraduate course in fashion business. The students undertake the rigorous curriculum which prepares them for the global and Indian fashion brands.
In the first year, the students will be exposed to the basics of Business Management with a focus on the fashion Industry. Students will learn the nuances of management skills with a case study based learning methodology in the fashion industry. Topics and courses covered will range from people in organizations to using finance to make decisions, to evaluating decisions using data etc. In this course, students in their second year will get an opportunity to choose between the following specialisations.
