With over 14 years of experience in the fashion industry, Suditi Srivastava, an Associate Professor at Pearl Academy, brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to her role. She is a design graduate from NIFT-Mumbai and holds a master's degree in philosophy.
She has previously donned the hat of the Head of Design (RTW &Apparel vertical) at the Mafatlals group. Additionally, she has also lent her talent to retail brands such as the Pantaloon Future Group, Globus, Gitanjali Fashion and You and many more.
Her years in the fashion industry have granted her insight into apparel design and product creation and made her adept in concept design, range creation, project management and realising final design implications.
But apart from being a talented and experienced fashion designer, she’s also an ambitious entrepreneur who established her own startup in 2020 and participated in the Runway Incubator founded by the UPES Council, Dehradun.
However, through all her years, she always held education close to her heart and endeavoured to partake in it, both as a learner and educator.

By meticulously preparing her classes with relevant assignments, ensuring fair and holistic assessments of learning, maintaining clear documentation of student progress and offering endless support to her students, Suditi ensures her pupils are well-equipped as they step out into the world.
