Commenting on the initiative, Pearl Academy, XYZ said “We started the Creative Career Conclave to spread awareness and help students make the right education and career choice. Many students and their parents are still unaware of career avenues within the fashion and design domains. There is a growing demand for industry-ready professionals, which is a great opportunity for creative students. The enthusiastic response to the conclave confirms our belief that the creative energy of our youth can be channelised in a manner that benefits them and is also a catalyst of positive change.”
