Seerat Virdi bagged 2nd runner up position at Redress Design Award 2018
This year the finalists of Redress Design Award presented their dynamic collections created entirely from waste textiles to an international audience in September in Hong Kong. Finalists were selected from 11 different countries and this year, for the first time, we had Indian designer Seerat Virdi– an alumni of Pearl Academy on the list. Through her collection, Seerat's aim was to inspire and influence consumers to reuse and re-purpose their clothes by creating a contrast to today’s fast-paced fashion industry.
