Ramnik Dhillon, a dedicated faculty in the School of Fashion at Pearl Academy since 1993, boasts a rich three-decade career in education. A mentor at heart, Ramnik focuses on empowering students through hands-on experience and critical thinking rather than traditional teaching. Armed with a Master's degree in Textiles and Clothing, a B.Ed., and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Textiles and Clothing with a Gold medal from Delhi University, she's also an LCFS-certified Advanced Evening Wear course graduate. Her expertise lies in pattern making, garment construction, Draping, and Grading across Women’s, Men’s, and Children’s wear.

Ramnik authored a pattern-making book for distance education and undertook freelance projects for designers. She conducted Product Knowledge development workshops for domestic and international fashion professionals. As a trained CAD Instructor, she excels in software for Pattern making, Marker Making, and Grading. Her prowess extends to online education, where she's skilled in content design and course delivery. Responsible for curriculum development, mentoring faculty, and teaching across Pearl Academy centres, Ramnik continues to shape fashion education with her expertise.
