Exam Pattern

The examination pattern for Pearl Entrance Exam is as follows:

ALL BACHELOR'S & MASTER'S FASHION, INTERIORS, PRODUCT & COMMUNICATION DESIGN PROGRAMMES

Students applying for Fashion and Design Courses need to sit for GPT + DAT exam only.

Exams:

GPT + DAT

General Proficiency Test (GPT) + Design Aptitude Test (DAT) | Personal Interview & Portfolio Showcase

Duration: 90 mins of Exam + 30 mins of Personal Interview

Non-Exam Pathway

Applicants who have been shortlisted in the NIFT, NID, or UCEED examinations will be exempted from the written exam and will qualify directly for the Personal Interview.

Non-Exam Pathway

BBA Applicants who have obtained 60% or above marks in the board examination will be exempted from the written exam and will qualify directly for the Personal Interview.

Portfolio showcase & discussion on the portfolio will be part of the interview process.

Please note that there is no negative marking in our Entrance Exam Process.
