Rishab Manocha is an Associate Professor of Fashion at Pearl Academy, whose incredible journey in fashion design education spans over 25 years. After graduating from the renowned Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London, he spent over a decade in the British education industry. His most formative role came during a four-year stint at Marks and Spencer, where he developed a nuanced understanding of the British retail apparel market.
Along his path, he has shared his expertise with prestigious institutions in the United Kingdom and India. This includes Greenwich, Hammersmith, and Croydon in the UK and NIFT, Amity University, INIFD, and Modart in India. Beyond fashion, Rishab's creative flair shines through "Vanitas Collections," his bespoke hand-painted ceramics label. This venture, relaunched in 2015, is a testament to his multifaceted talents.
But that doesn't stop there. Rishab has a heartfelt dedication to social service. His compassion is evidenced by his work as a Special Education Needs teacher, helping young adults with disabilities like autism and ADHD.
As Rishab nears the completion of his PhD, his commitment to growth through research and publishing remains unwavering. He continues to make his mark at Pearl Academy by cultivating design excellence with care.
