The B. Des. in Fashion Communication is a four-year bachelor’s degree program. The B. Des. in Fashion Communication program is a comprehensive full-time program, emphasising in-person learning as its core learning methodology. Students may get online / hybrid schedules for collaborative assignments, industry projects and masterclasses.

Our B. Des. in Fashion Communication program is a comprehensive four-year journey. It begins with a solid foundation in observation, visualization, and fashion history. The first year focuses on essential design skills. From the second year, students explore digital media, visual culture, print media writing (tabloids), AR/VR in fashion, and photography with practical fashion shoots.
In the later stages, they delve into specialized areas like fashion forecasting, trends, fashion filmmaking, styling, public relations, UI/UX web design and more. They gain exposure to commercial fashion communication, event design, and international projects. The program concludes with a Design Project, preparing graduates for the ever-evolving world of fashion communication.

A. Pearl Academy offers a B. Des. in Fashion Communication program with the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must have passed their 10+2 examination from any recognized board or university.
- Candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in their 10+2 examination.
- Candidates appearing in their final examination can also apply provisionally.
- Besides these criteria, candidates must clear the Pearl Academy Design Aptitude Test (DAT) and General Proficiency Test (GPT).
The DAT evaluates a candidate's aptitude for creativity, drawing, designability, power of observation and imagination, sensitivity to environment, and communication skills.
The GPT evaluates a candidate's proficiency in the English language, Logical reasoning, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation.
This is followed by a personal Interview conducted by Pearl Academy for admission into the B. Des. in Fashion Communication program.
