Guidelines For Applying

  1. Candidates applying online are required to apply through the Admissions 2018 Portal (ADMISSIONS 2018) on the official home page of Pearl Website (www.pearlacademy.com)
  2. Candidates appearing in their final examinations can also apply provisionally.
  3. Candidates can apply through the Online mode using either Debit/Credit Card or Demand Draft.
  4. Application fee is to be paid using Credit Card / Debit Card / Demand Draft. Please keep your Credit Card / Debit Card / Demand Draft ready with you before applying. The Demand Draft should be in favour of "Creative Arts Education Society" payable at New Delhi.
  5. Candidates are required to Register Online using a Valid e-mail ID before applying. This email ID should be valid for at least next 1 year.

Candidates applying online are required to apply through the Admissions 2018 or apply now on the official home page of Pearl Website (www.pearlacademy.com)

  1. Candidates appearing in their final examinations can also apply provisionally.
  2. Candidates can apply through the Online mode using either Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/Demand Draft or Cash on counter.
  3. Application fee is to be paid using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking/Demand Draft. Please keep your Credit Card / Debit Card / Demand Draft ready with you before applying. The Demand Draft should be in favour of "Creative Arts Education Society" payable at New Delhi or a cash amount can be can be submitted at campus if applied through “Cash on counter mode”
  4. Candidates are required to Register Online using a Valid e-mail ID & Mobile number before applying.

 

Candidates are advised to keep the following ready with them before applying online:

  1. Credit / Debit Card/Net Banking/Demand Draft or Cash on counter.
  2. Scanned copy of passport size photograph [The photograph must be a recent passport size color picture, preferably in white background. Photographs with Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. The image should be in .jpg format only. Size of file should not be more than 1 mb].
  3. Details of educational qualifications (marks / grade / year of passing etc.)

 

Guidelines for Applying Online using Credit / Debit Card/Net Banking as payment option:

a)     Select choices of Course and Campus (only 1 choice for MA course).

b)     Fill up the Online Application form

c)     Click on APPLY ONLINE and select Payment by Credit Card / Debit Card/Net banking

d)     Click on SAVE and SUBMIT your application – you will be directed to a payment gateway.

e)     Application Form Fee: Rs. 1500/- for Indian & Nepali Nationals only (non – refundable)

f)      After completion of your Online Application and payment authorization, please SAVE your Online Application and take a print out.

g)     An auto-generated confirmation mail will be sent on your Email ID containing the following:

h)     Confirmation of successful Online Registration & Payment.

i)      Your Online Application Number.

j)      In case unsuccessful, you will be asked to apply and fill up the online application form again.

 

Note: Candidates applying online through Credit / Debit card/Net Banking are not required to send print out of the application form.

 

Guidelines for Applying Online using Demand Draft/Cash on Counter as payment option:

a)     Select choices of Course and Campus (only 1 choice for MA course).

b)     Fill up the Online Application form

c)     Enter the Demand Draft details (DD in favor of Creative Arts Education Society) or select cash on counter and click on Submit.

d)     Click on APPLY ONLINE and select Payment through Demand Draft/Cash on Counter

e)     Click on SAVE and SUBMIT your application.

f)      After completion of your Online Application and payment authorization, please SAVE your Online Application and take a print out.

g)     An auto-generated confirmation mail will be sent on your Email ID containing the following:

h)     Confirmation of successful Online Registration & Payment.

i)      Your Online Application Number.

j)      In case unsuccessful, you will be asked to apply and fill up the online application form again.

 

Note: Candidates applying online through Demand Draft/Cash amount of Rs. 1500/- are required to send print out of the application form along with DD/Cash amount.

 

To check status of form submission

a.     Log on to Pearl website (www.pearlacademy.com)

b.     Go to apply now

c.     Enter User id & Password

i)              for online form submission – email id will be your User ID & password created by you

ii)             for Offline form submission – Email ID will be your User ID & Password will be sharing on your email id, once form will be submitted at our end.

 

Candidates can also apply through Offline mode by purchase of Application Kit-2018 from the Pearl Academy campuses and authorized Sales Counters.

Admit cards for Written Test & Personal Interviews for both admission cycles will be available 4 days before the Written Test/Personal Interview. Candidates are required to download Admit Cards from Pearl Website only. Please check Pearl website regularly for updates.

Pearl Academy reserves the right to amend, change or cancel courses including dates of commencement, number of seats, location, programmes, programme content, fee structure etc. with no liability attached to the Academy.

Pearl Academy reserves the right to cancel / add / change any entrance examination center(s) due to administrative reasons. Other centers may also be added and such information, as well as the exact location of the centers, will be notified later.

 

International Candidates: Foreign Nationalities

 

Guidelines for Applying Online using Credit / Debit Card/Net Banking as payment option:

- Select choices of Course and Campus (only 1 choice for MA course).

- Fill up the Online Application form

- Click on APPLY ONLINE and select Payment by Credit Card / Debit Card/Net banking

- Click on SAVE and SUBMIT your application – you will be directed to a payment gateway.

- Application Form Fee: $ 30 (non – refundable)

- After completion of your Online Application and payment authorization, please SAVE your Online Application and take a print out.

- An auto-generated confirmation mail will be sent on your Email ID containing the following:

- Confirmation of successful Online Registration & Payment.

- Your Online Application Number.

- In case unsuccessful, you will be asked to apply and fill up the online application form again.

 

Please note that you are required to submit the following documents along with the Application form.

a.      Passport copy

b.      12th Grade / High School / Equivalent Certificate & Mark sheets

c.       Identity Proof Copy

d.      Address Proof Copy

e.      Medical Fitness Certificate

f.        Health insurance card copy

g.      Copy of Previous Marks card

h.      Other Important Documents

i.        Two Passport Size Photographs
