At Pearl, many international students also join us either to pursue their higher studies or as a part of student exchange programs. These students enroll for a semester / one full year – level study or opt for customized programs of 6 – 8 weeks duration to understand the Indian manufacturing, retail, craft & heritage, garment industry, traditional fabrics, accessories, embroideries, graphic design, jewellery design, fashion merchandising & apparel production etc.

Our Post Graduate Diploma and PG Professional Diploma courses are validated by Domus Academy, Milan (Italy). Domus Academy was founded in Milan in 1982 as the first postgraduate design school in Italy, and as an open project focusing on the Italian Design and Fashion experience. Throughout the years, DA also asserted its importance as a school, in the full meaning of the term: a place for postgraduate education and research lab investigating innovation and design topics.

  • Media Design School is highly regarded across New Zealand and the world for its specialised, cutting-edge courses in digital design. From its 3D animation qualifications to graphic design, game programming or creative advertising, each course is innovative and completely up-to-date with current industry practices. Media Design School is registered as a private education provider by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) and is accredited to offer approved qualifications.

  • AMFI is currently the largest design institute in the Netherlands. More than 100 lecturers teach more than 1100 students about all aspects of the fashion world. AMFI is also the only fashion institute in the Netherlands that covers the entire fashion chain. This ensures our students to have a broad perspective of the fashion industry. Pearl Academy and AMFI have an agreement for reciprocal exchange of faculty and students.

  • Founded in Milan in 1980, NABA follows the ideals of Ausonio Zappa, Guido Ballo and Tito Varisco. These leaders challenged the rigid academic tradition by introducing new vision and languages to contemporary artistic practice and creative professions. Pearl Academy offers its Luxury Brands course in collaboration with NABA, Milan (Italy). Pearl Academy students undertake a 4-week module – Global Luxury Brands and interact with international experts, visit famous international luxury brands to understand their working and processes.

  • On successful completion of this two year PG pathway, a student is awarded with Post Graduate Diploma validated by Domus Academy, Milan. The curriculum of this course is also developed in association with Domus Academy. All PG Pathways at Pearl have an in-built 4-week exchange module (optional) at Domus Academy, Milan. This alliance gives them the following opportunities:-
    1. Get a global experience and learn latest international trends
    2. Attend workshops, visit local factories / manufacturing units and interact with the industry experts of international market
    3. Domus Academy faculty members regularly visit Pearl Academy to to instill fresh learning in the students. Apart from international expertise, these experts bring immense cultural knowledge with them.

  • Pearl Academy has signed an articulation agreement with Torrens University, Australia 
    Under this agreement, Pearl Academy students get the following options to transfer into an international Bachelor of Design/ Bachelor of Business degree (depending on the chosen course) at Torrens University, Australia.
    a) Transfer to Torrens University at the end of second/ third year (depending on the chosen course) and complete the final year in Australia with a 40% scholarship.
    b) Transfer to Torrens University at the end of second/ third year (depending on the chosen course) and complete the final year online while paying the same fees as they did at Pearl Academy.

  • Pearl Academy is a Corporate Member of the Textile Institute, Manchester, which is the world’s largest professional body of textile, apparel, fashion and footwear professionals. The Textile Institute has accredited Pearl Academy’s post-graduate courses. The accreditation empowers the diploma holders by opening individual membership avenues.

  • LDT, established in 1949, is known for its expertise in Retail and Fashion Business education around the world. There are regular student and faculty exchanges between the two institutions. Every year around 50 LDT students participates in the Exchange programme at Pearl Academy.

  • The BTK Academy of Design is a private vocational academy for Communications Design in Berlin, Germany. Since 2001, the BTK Academy of Design has been training Communications Designers for successful careers in advertising agencies and design studios. BTK offers courses in Design, Media Design, Interaction Design, Illustration, Photography and Communication Design.

  • Pearl Academy is pleased to announce the establishment of IGNOU Study Centre at its Delhi NCR and Mumbai Campus. Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), is the largest Open University in the world and is a National Resource Centre for Open and Distance Learning with international recognition  and presence. The study centers of IGNOU form an important part of the overall structure of the University and are designed to provide extensive and efficient student support services.   • Pearl Academy is affiliated to AMHSSC (Apparel, Made-ups, Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council) to make students industry ready and provide them a competitive edge to succeed in the skill oriented creative domains. Our program in Fashion Design is also mapped to the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF- Level 7). After acquiring the certificate in the desired NSQF Level, the students will not only be able to work in the prime domestic industries but will also have bright avenues for international openings.
