We have been associated with Pearl and Pearlites for some time now.
We are happy to note that we get trained students who are gifted in creative thinking, applying imagination and processing situations professionally.

We have associated with students of Pearl in both customer-facing and non-customer facing profiles and are satisfied with our decision.

Students of Pearl Academy have been operating with our teams as:

  • Interns – when they were absolute greenhorns;
  • As industrial apprentices – in the last semester of their final year;
  • As back-end support staff walking shoulder to shoulder with our professionals and
  • As front-end staff – the ultimate customer-facing responsibility, open only for those who qualify our business heads’ strict selection parameters.

We are satisfied in collaborating with Pearl Academy’s team for their specialized techniques of grooming talent, nurturing creativity and honing critical decision-making.
